SH-2 has requested to be included in the 2010 AWEP proposal to NRCS being developed by a coalition of entities in NW Kansas - to be eligible for an NRCS payment for converting irrigated acres to dry land production, which was accomplished. Since these stakeholders decided to participate in AWEP, they have not asked for another stakeholder meeting.
