Wayne began working for the district March, 1977. He holds a BS Degree in Geology from University of Oklahoma. He came to NW Kansas from Norman, Oklahoma where he had been working for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. Wayne oversees all administrative and special projects for the district.

Ray began with the district February, 1979. Holding a BS degree in Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation from Kansas State University, Ray handles the bulk of special projects including the water use report monitoring program, state water plan contracts, assessments to the counties, water rights assistance to district members and computer system maintenance.

Dan began working for the district December, 1992 having formerly worked for Bartlett Grain in Levant, KS. Dan handles much of the field work including well measurements, meter readings and inspections, irrigation tailwater complaints, abandoned well remediation, etc.

Rita began working at GMD 4 on October 30, 2000. In addition to her receptionist responsibilities, she performs secretarial duties for all staff members, keeps the district books, maintains the library, pays bills and maintains the filing system.
